Elderberry Plum Jam

Elderberries and plums. One of my favorites. Utterly toast friendly, but also at its best paired with rich meats and cheeses. It’s divine with blue cheese or under a chocolate torte.

The preserve's texture is various; chunks of plum, and about two tiny elderberries in each spoonful which give each bite a little snap and reminds us where this preserves' deep, dark flavor comes from, the incredible hedgerow fruit, elderberry.

Ingredients: plums, honey, elderberries, lemon juice.
