Strawberry Apricot Honey Jam

The apricots give this jam a velvety texture. Organically grown strawberries from Addison County and beyond plus apricots (we use a mix of organic and IPM fruit).

Truly balanced between the two fruits, this jam is perfect with crème fraîche and biscuits for a simple after dinner sweet.
