This flavor broke through in 2020 as our number one selling marmalade. Meyer lemons are mild and sweet compared to Eureka and Lisbon lemons. With less bitterness overpowering the flavor profile, the earl grey tea (bergamot orange infused black tea) can shine through.

We take organic earl grey tea and buzz it in the spice grinder before adding it straight into the finished marmalade where it gives a dappled color effect and slowly steeps the lemon marmalade with a distinct aromatic black tea flavor.

I love marmalade and toast and this flavor also shines with hard cheeses like a marmalades.
