Concord Grape Jam with Orange Zest + Ginger

The grape jam that “I don’t like grape jam” folks love.

Getting my hands on Concords never feels like a sure thing so every jar is precious. The texture is the jam equivalent of velvet and the flavor is punchy, bright and filled with that you-can't-get-it-anywhere-else Concord Grape power flavor. (6 oz jar) 

Ingredients: Concord grapes, honey, lemon juice, ginger, orange zest.
